Your booking will be confirmed once the 50% confirmation payment is received. A confirmation e-mail with your reservation details will be sent to you.
The last part of your payment should be made in the Tucan Amazon Lodge reception on check in date.
Please note, we do not refund Stripe, PayPal or transfer fees.
Check with your travel insurance if cancellation gives you any rights.
Any changes to your reservation must be requested at least 14 days before your check-in date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Date changes are normally free of charges.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests and staff. Any form of inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
