By booking a stay at Tucan Amazon Lodge, you have accepted the contents of this page.

Booking Confirmation Payment

Your booking will be confirmed once the 50% confirmation payment is received. A confirmation e-mail with your reservation details will be sent to you.

The last part of your payment should be made in the Tucan Amazon Lodge reception on check in date.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival – 90% refund.
- Cancellation from 30 to 5 days before arrival – 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 5 days before arrival – No refund.

Please note, we do not refund Stripe, PayPal or transfer fees.

Check with your travel insurance if cancellation gives you any rights.

Changes to Reservations

Any changes to your reservation must be requested at least 14 days before your check-in date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Date changes are normally free of charges.

Liability

Tucan Amazon Lodge is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during your stay. We recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance.

Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests and staff. Any form of inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

Environmental Responsibility

Tucan Amazon Lodge is committed to sustainable and eco-friendly practices. Guests are encouraged to respect the natural environment and follow lodge guidelines on conservation efforts.

Health and Safety

Guests must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions prior to arrival. Tucan Amazon Lodge reserves the right to deny service to anyone who may pose a health risk to themselves or others.
